B: Egg scraps from Evy's plate (about 1 egg fried in butter)
L: Lamb Coconut Curry
S: Almond butter and celery
D: Chicken salad made with homemade mayonnaise, diced green apple, onion, and celery.
S: A second but smaller helping of the chicken salad
S: Almond butter and celery
This is the first time I didn't eat a decent breakfast and see what happens, I'm constantly hungry the rest of the day. Great learning experience that no matter what diet you do it helps to have a good breakfast.
