Oh so sad to make this my last. Part of me liked blogging but it was for a limited time to keep me accountable to this diet. I succeed. So after 32 days of being on this diet I am taking a break. 32 days because I didn't start taking my protocol (probiotics) until the third night.
The results are:
Loss 14lbs.
My tounge is now pink and no longer has the white coating
My skin looks great
My energy level is the same. Still has room for improvement
My one toenail fungus looks better but still needs time to grow out.
Other than the above no other noticeable changes.
Thank you to those that have followed my blog. I wish you all continued health and happiness.

Day 15 - 30
Alright, alright. I've been slacking on the blog but not the diet. Family in town, on vacation, and lots of eating out has consumed me more than I planned. The good news is I have not faltered. Unless, of course, you count the mystery marinades on fast food grilled chicken salads, the tbsp. of vanilla extract I used in a recipe had corn syrup, and the few smuggled raspberries and blackberries during a U-Pick outing.
I have done the saliva candida test a few times during the 30days and even this morning. It still shows signs of candida. My nutritionist said he wanted me to continue on this diet until my saliva runs clear. This could be another 2-3 months! Normally I could extend this eating plan but I have too many friends and restaurants to visit in the next week or two to put other people through it. Knowing this was only 30 days has got me through it. I plan to take a little break and start up again a week after school starts for the kiddos and a routine has been established.
I hope to sort of continue this eating style with the addition of beans, gluten free whole grains, creamer for my coffee, kefir, wine, and the occasional bite of the forbidden. Because if you always say no, I'll go off on a binge.
Tomorrow I will post the final results. Lots of good and interesting stuff has happened to my body.
Today is my last day and I plan to be extra good cause I don't know how well I will be starting Thursday at 8:00 a.m. The weight was flying off in the first week, second week down 2lbs, third week 0.
"Vacationing" with a 3 year old is taking its toll. I really think I'm not loosing weight because I am so stressed out and I haven't had my occasional glass of Mommy's silly juice. I already have my bottle of organic red wine ready to go for tomorrow night. Did you know alcohol is actually created by adding yeast/bacteria to the carbs and the by-product is alcohol. So tomorrow I will open up a bottle of red carb poop and enjoy it.
Salud!

Day 14
July 2nd. I love the bbqs and hanging with friends and family but its getting real hard real quick. In 24 hours I have turned down 5 offers of beer. I went out to eat at a real restaurant for the first time last night and luckily they had shrimp on the menu. Otherwise I would have been left with a salad and no dressing cause I can't do vinegar. And they were having dollar beers! I was good and had my $2.50 ice tea but I kept staring at everyone else's beer...and fries...and fried seafood... I am so not fun to eat out with right now. Afterwards the gang went for ice cream and Great Licks on Matlacha. "On" because its on an island verses "in" Matlacha". Homemade ice cream at its finest. The special flavor of the month was Cinnamon. I so would have gotten that one. Another bbq today and tomorrow.

Day 13
I found an interesting article on Spirulina (an algea found in my Superfoods Plus). This makes it more tolerable to swallow knowing all the good that it does. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/07/01/spirulina-the-amazing-super-food-youve-never-heard-of.aspx
Daily Menu
Morning Ritual
B: Egg, spinach, onion, garlic, butter omelet
L: Chicken Coconut Curry
D: Chicken Coconut Curry (so good I had it twice)
S: Almonds
S: 2 Tbs. Beet, lemon, and flax seed puree. Why this? My gallbladder was bothering me today so I did a little research and these three ingredients are supposedly good for the gallbladder.
S: Flax Seed tea. Taste better than it sounds.
Yes the last two dates are the same. I am little behind on the daily menus...but my house is clean!

Day 12 - Easy is on the way out
For the past few days I have made this seem easy...and for the most part it has. I realize how much I just "pop" in my mouth and eat of my kids plates. I think I'm having more trouble with throwing away food from my kids plate than saying no to other foods. Yes its easy when you take everything out of your house that is bad, keep yourself in your house for the majority of the time, and spend countless hours researching recipes, cooking, and ah hem, blogging. But now real life is about to set in...eating out, parties at friend's houses, and staying over at someone else's house and eating their food at their times.
Having a full belly is my #1 tip. Its easy to say no to food when I'm full. Second would be have something ready to eat near me at all times. Third is meal planning. I need to work on this a bit more even when I'm not dieting. I try and strive for Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner, but as you can see its not the norm.
Daily Menu
Morning Ritual
B: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs with Fresh Spinach and a touch of vinaigrette
L: Huge Veggie Salad
S: Almond butter with celery
D: 1/2 steamed shrimp

Day 11
Daily Menu
Morning Ritual
B: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs sliced with fresh spinach and basil vinegrette I made a few days ago.
L: Chicken Salad
S: Lots of Almonds
D: Lamb Coconut Curry
I went to chick-fil-a today and all I had was a seltzer water. Funny thing is sometimes I get charged and sometimes I don't because its water. I'm more than willing to pay but if some young kid says "that not a soda, no charge" my conscience remains clear. I sat and watched the kids eat breakfast food. Thank goodness I ate right before I left. Then I hit BJs for the first time since dieting and all the samplers were out big time. For me no hummus, no smoothies, no hot dogs, no smores, yes they had freshly made smores! Hey kids, lunch is ready!
4th of July bbq's are approaching and I'm getting prepared. I already have permission from one hostess to bring my own burger and my contribution will be a salad. Oh yes, bringing a salad is always wins new friends. I'll be sure to stick it right next to the burgers and chips. The burgers I made are ground turkey with carrots, onions, salt, pepper, and now that I think of it, I should probably add some oil to the outside of it. I have them frozen but if any grill meister out there thinks I should defrost the fresh turkey burger first, let me know.
This diet is starting to take its tolls already. Evy was getting on my last nerve and I just wanted a glass of wine to unwind. Sigh, I miss my wine. It may be the first thing I introduce back on my diet after this is over..which will be first thing in the morning. hmmm?

Daily Menu
Morning Ritual
B: Egg scraps from Evy's plate (about 1 egg fried in butter)
L: Lamb Coconut Curry
S: Almond butter and celery
D: Chicken salad made with homemade mayonnaise, diced green apple, onion, and celery.
S: A second but smaller helping of the chicken salad
S: Almond butter and celery
This is the first time I didn't eat a decent breakfast and see what happens, I'm constantly hungry the rest of the day. Great learning experience that no matter what diet you do it helps to have a good breakfast.

Day 9 - Organics
The list came out last week I just have to share it with everyone here....The 2011 Pesticide Pocket Guide. It contains the Dirty Dozen as well as the Clean 15. For the full list click here. This is such a great website to offer this free consumer information because pesticides are changing everyday, some more environmentally friendly and others with freaky growth additives and carcinogens. My dilemma is if a conventional apple is better than say a bowl of cheerios. In the past I wouldn't buy conventional fruit because of the pesticides. I found myself eating very little fruit and veggies. Now when circumstances arise and I don't have my awesome biweekly veggie box from Annie's Buying Club I go ahead and eat a pesticide laden produce because my thinking is its better than no fruit or veggies at all. For example, at McDonald's or Chick-fil-a, the fruit cups or apple dippers are better than fries, right?
Daily Menu
Morning Ritual
B: Spinach egg omelet
L: The last of the Turkey Spinach Satuee mixture.
S: Almond butter and celery stick
D: MD crab soup
S: Cucumbers with Zucchini Hummus. This was a good recipe but if anyone knows the recipe to the the zucchini hummus at Back to Nature in the Cape PLEASE let me know. Its sooo good.
I'm loving my iced green tea and thought I share my "recipe". I drink this all day every day. If you ever see me with my Tervis Tumbler you'll know what's in it.
Iced Green Tea

with filtered water.
Microwave for 6 minutes and then let 6 tea bags seep for 10 minutes or until I remember. I tend to make it a touch strong since I am diluting it with so much water and I only have to make a pitcher every other day. I use Bigelow Organic Green Tea
. BJs sells a box of 150 bags for only $9. I didn't realize how good of a price that was until I priced it on Amazon. I use Amazon for a lot of my health food options and save even more with autoship. It saves me from lugging Evy into the store. My total and temper always seems to double when she's shopping with me.

Day 8 - Super Gag Plus
Its been a full seven days so you ladies know what I did...weigh myself! Yup. The scale shows 191lbs! Yup that's like 7lbs. And honestly I'm never hungry. I've only been doing my physical therapy exercises for my back which takes 15 - 20 minutes/day depending on how "helpful" Evy feels like being that day. I sure hope this weight doesn't creep back on twice as fast.
But wait there's more...
An even bigger accomplishment is I've been without coffee for 5 days! Now I know I will pick back up that habit immediately after my 30 days, if not sooner with unsweetened almond milk. But I have to save I think there is something to that SuperGag Plus formula (aka Dr. Schulze's SuperFoods Plus
). Each day I try a new way to swallow it. I've tried mixing it with cold water from the fridge but it starts to clump. Lemon water just enhanced its "flavor". Green tea with lots of stevia proved unscuccessful. Almond milk and coconut milk just made the mixture that much thicker to which delays the torture even more. I've even tried different swallowing techniques. Holding my breath and chugging it down proves unsuccessful because there is so much of it I have to take big gulps causing particulars to linger between my gums and cheeks delaying the flavor even longer. To date my most successful has been 1/3 cup room temperature water, hold breath with cheeks tightly squeezed and take small sips preventing any of this swamp water to permeate the crevices of my mouth. Repeat 10 times and pray there isn't a chunk at the bottom of the glass to which I must add more water, stir, and repeat. All followed by a chaser of my lemon iced green tea with stevia. Ahhh.
I thought putting it in a nice crystal etched glass would help the process, NOT!
On a more flavorful note, while cooking breakfast for JC I accidentally popped a small piece of bacon in my mouth out of habit. After I realized it I tried to spit it out sparing myself two additional micro particles of sugar lingering in my mouth. Ahhh but it was good. The piece was the size of a penny so I don't think I need to start over, and if I get any bonus points it was sodium nitrate free, but alas, bacon has sugar. Now you know why bacon makes everything better. Are you thinking what I'm thinking??? That's right, every time I type the word bacon I'm imitating Jim Gaffingan's bacon skit. "BACON!"
Daily Menu:
B: 2.5 hard boiled eggs with tomatoes slices and a basil vinegrette
S: Almonds
L: MD Crab Soup
S: Zucchini Hummus
D: Lamb Coconut Curry
S: Walnuts/Almonds

Day 7 - The Evaluation
I probably should have began this blog with the process in which my nutritionist came to this conclusion for me to go on this strict diet. A few have asked so I'd thought I go more into detail. First off I will refer to my Nutritionist/Holistic Health Counselor/Autonomic Nervous System Assessor/Non-Pharmaceutical Practitioner simply as my nutritionist. Otherwise it sounds a little like the voodoo man is working on me.
A friend of mine highly recommended her chiropractor and nutritionist, so a seminar and a special offer later I'm at the nutritionist office. I first received an EIS (Electro Interstitial Scan). I believe it sends electric signals through the nerves with some precise algorithms it shows on screen where there are issues. There is a long explanation on how this works and how it doesn't but I will say I believe it was able to tell a few things I already knew about my body which makes me open to listening to the other issues it had mentioned. I figure the worst thing that can happen is I get an eating, supplement, and exercise plan and I become healthier. The following week I decide to take the next series of tests. One was taking my temperature for five days in the morning with a good ole fashion thermometer (I still need to do that one), a muscle response test, and one of which is the saliva candida test for which I tested positive. However my candida diet, or I should say my anti-candida diet, is customized because I am supposedly reactive to grains among a few other things. This was diagnosed via a Muscle Responsive Testing. This allergy portion of this test is where a glass vial is place on your stomach containing a common allergy and your arm resistance strength is tested. Naturally I tell my nutritionist this feel like he's selling me a Power Balance bracelet and if this is so accurate then why don't more people know about it. His abbreviated answer was because there is no product to sell and therefore no money to make, and that the power balance were bogus and its a salesman's trick of the fingers or something. To which I completely agree with. Going forward he does the same muscle responsive testing method and touches each organ. In short he found three things wrong with me that only I knew about. It was wicked to see such a simple test able to detect such so many issues with my body that were accurate. Its definitely motivating me to eat this healthy.
Willpower can into play early this evening while my husband, JC, and his dad brought home Willie's Ribs for an early dinner. Definitely finger licking, bone sucking, Sweet Mother of God Good! These are the kind of ribs that were bought on a street named Martin Luther King Jr., and you need to look over yo shoulder in this hood. I asked my dear hubby to ask Willie if his recipe had sugar. My dh gave me a look like you know you don't ask no damn Willie what's in his sauce. Special dietary requests don't no exist in a place like this, let alone health inspections, signage, tax IDs... So JC gets home and thought he asked for no sauce on the chicken but instead got an extra sauce complete with slices of white bread. So when I open my container there is sauce, sweet succulent sauce all over my chicken. I don't know if JC's mess up was deliberate or not. I do know he has lunch for the next two days.
Today's Menu
Morning Routine
B: Fried eggs in butter with sliced tomatoes
L: Leftover Turkey and spinach dish
D: Lamb Coconut Curry (4th recipe down)
S: Raw Almonds
Actually my raw almonds aren't really raw at all. For almonds to be sold in stores, they are steam-pasteurized or chemically treated with propylene oxide. Yummy, right? Then if you buy regular almonds they are usually roasted (heater further) and then salted (my favorite part). So I guess I should start putting just "almonds". I'm sure my raw walnuts might fall in the same category. In the meantime the cheapest I can find are here.
These come to around $7.00/lb. Adas are $7.89/lb and Publix is $7.99/lb. I'm nuts over almonds. They are such a tasty and convenient food.

Day 5
Feeling better. I think I just overworked myself yesterday....which means I might be due for some body aches later on.
Daily Menu:
Morning Ritual
B: 2 Eggs fried in butta
S: Almonds
L: Leftover ground turkey with spinach
S: 8 blueberries
D: Garlic and dry mustard rubbed Lamb Chops on the grill with onions and a few nibbles of artichokes that didn't turn out well.
Oh and I forgot I had about 25 blueberries and two green apple slices peeled yesterday that I forgot to add. I guess increased memory hasn't been activated yet.

Day 4 - Die-Off
Yesterday I received a product called Aquaflora Candida High Potency
9. It taste like water with a tiny drop of Listerine...or maybe it was because I just brushed my teeth. Either way its way better than SuperFoods. This product is supposed to kill off all nine types of candida. Let's hope so. Also my nutritionist hinted he wants me to go on a detox after this to remove toxins because this is only removing the candida, not toxins. Oh joy!
Daily Menu
Morning Ritual
B: Spinach, onion, garlic Omelet
L: Leftover Salmon with wilted escarole and butter
S: Coconut protein shake (only 1/3, until I received an e-mail that it wasn't on the diet). It was like coconut ice milk.
D: a large portion of ground turkey mixed with spinach, garlic, onion, and spices.
I just found out my Jay Robb Whey Protein is not allowed because it has lecithin in it which is soy based. Does this mean I have to start over?! I actually don't want to know. I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing minus my Jay Robb. Also and more important is it had Whey Protein Isolate, not Whey Protein Concentrate which is what you want. I just saw a Dr. Mercola video that explains why whey protein isolates are bad if you are interested in learning more. Start at minute 5:00 - 8:00 if you just want a quick answer. Lessen learned is don't trust something just because it is grass fed.
Right now I feel awful. I don't know if I overworked myself today or the Die-Off is happening. This is when yeast cells are rapidly killed and metabolic by-products are released into the body. These by-products cause allergic reactions and inflammation that lead to an array of undesirable symptoms. My main one is muscle aches like I have the flu. I've experienced this before when doing a detox. I thought it would be a few more days before this happened. I'll reevaluate in the a.m. Peace out.
Tip of the day: get some sleep

Day 3 - Food is Medicine
Food is Medicine. This is what I am training myself to think every time I eat something. What I put in my mouth needs to make me feel better and give me energy...and keep me that way. We've all had a few visits to McDs that made us feel better but only for a short time if you know what I mean. Hopefully this mantra will help keep me going until I can eat some brown rice. Nothing like eating sauteed chicken and veggies with Braggs Amino Acids (like soy sauce) with no grain/starch...no quinoa, no potatoes, not even my sprouted wheat bread. I hope after all this is over I can go back to my Ezekiel Bread in the mornings topped with various toppings...butter, apple butter, nut butter...I'm seeing a trend here.
I created my menu for the next few days based on using up what's in my fridge and it looks like I'm having salads everyday for lunch. I really dislike salads and try and save those for when I eat out which will be frequent when I go on vacation during this diet. Yes I am sadistic. Vacation and diet aren't supposed to overlap but I have a 2 week period where my 12 year old is out of town, and I need to capitalize on it.
Awwww Suki Suki! Tomorrow my organic box comes filled with various fruits and veggies. Yum-ME. I feel like its xmas when this stuff comes. And no kids fighting over the strawberries this time. I can't eat them but I can eat blueberries! Yes its strange. No fruits but Lemon, grapefruit, green apples and blueberries. Immediately I'm thinking blueberry lemon muffins, green apple martinis, and pink grapefruit margaritas. Sigh. All in due time and in moderation.
Oh the good news is I weighed in this morning at 196.5lbs. Yippie. I know its only water weight but I'll take it. A friend commented that I'm not eating enough. What I'm not listing below is all the oil and butter I use. I use coconut oil good for high heat cooking and olive oil for low heat or salads....and butter for everything in between. I find Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil
the cheapest especially on autoship via Amazon. And its the one they sell at the nutritionist's office so that's reassuring. I fry my eggs in a tablespoon of coconut oil. I sauteed veggies and meat in it. I even rub it on my skin after a shower. I love the stuff. I plan to make a protein shake with unsweetened coconut milk and coconut oil. Maybe one day I'll look back and count my calories but for now I am eating until I am almost full.
Today Menus:
Morning Ritual
B: Veggies Omelet (cooked in coconut oil)
S: skipped
L: Leftover sauteed chicken and veggies from Day 1 (cooked in coconut oil). It says shrimp but it was really chicken.
D: Sockeyed Salmon with wilted escarole (cooked in coconut oil and topped with some butter)
S: Nuts
S: Coconut protein shake (maybe. It depends if I am hungry when I get home).
Tip of the day: Set goals for the end of the diet and focus on the results. Let's see. I will loose my brain fog, I will have more energy, I will have be at least 189lbs, I will loose my brain fog. Oh wait I already said that.

Day 2 - Coffee with CREAM, Please!
I decided because I don't get my customized probiotic formula until later this week that I would start on my own formula. I read papaya seeds were used in other countries for treating candida so I thought I'd throw a few in. My protein shake with papaya seeds was like drinking a protein shake with pepper corns. Obviously my Magic Bullet blender is no VitaMix. I only drank half. If anyone knows a good use they are yours free.
Menu of the day:
Morning Ritual (See Day 1)
B: Protein Shake (I use Jay Robb's Vanilla Whey Protein
) w/almond milk (unsweetened) and hemp seeds.
S: raw walnuts and a red pepper
S: raw almond butter w/ a stick of celery
D: Maryland Crab Soup, Baby!
S: Leftover coffee (1/4 cup)
S: "raw" almonds
S: More crab soup
I'm still not liking stevia in my coffee but going from a 2-cup-a-day habit to a half cup is progress. I've given up coffee before and I fear that withdrawal headache. Surprisingly enough I haven't gotten one, nor have I felt that "can't function without my coffee" feeling. I still crave it and would enjoy it but this mama needs real cream in her coffee, so much that the color has to match the light caramel colored interior of my coffee cup. I definitely plan on going back to using creamer when this is over. Some things are just better together like red wine and steak, Hall and Oats, Laverne and Shirley. Sugar I can live without in my coffee but the stevia I use in my iced tea does not work. Stevia sweetens things well that are herb-like, like iced tea...not roasted coffee beans. I use SweetLeaf Stevia Clear
on autoship from Amazon. Its cheaper than my local health food stores. Which brings me to the highlight of my day!!! I found grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone free, natural ground beef for $3/lb. Yup. It was at the clearance refrigerated section of Ada's Health food store. I also got white ground turkey for $1.99/lb. The catch is they both expired tomorrow. Needless to say I had some beef for dinner and the ground turkey is in the freezer. Nothing like saving more than 50% to put one in a good mood.
Thanks to my MIL's elaborate crabfest over the weekend I had leftover for my MD crab soup made without the corn and beef broth (used bargain beef above). I made it very spicy which easily helped me fulfill my my water intake for the day. The rule is half your weight in ounces. So if I'm 200lbs I should drink 100 oz/day. Now, I gotta go pee.
Tip of the Day: I was running around all morning so a lot of snacking was going on. It helps me to store nuts in my car. With the Florida heat everything else melts/molds....granola bars/fruit chews/apples. Nuts are my saving grace. I think I'll spice it up with some pumpkin seeds next week. Oooh, I'm so risque I love it.

Day 1
Sometimes ambition is greater than reality. And this diet is a great way of realizing it. What was I thinking?! Already I have almost put three things in my mouth I'm wasn't supposed to. I made my kids papaya smoothies for the first time and have no idea how they tasted. Of course Zahra said it needed more sugar. Leave it to a 12 year old to capitalize on her sugar intake.
First thing this morning I weighed myself before starting this adventure...nekkid, after the bathroom, holding breath...ladies you understand. 198.8lbs. Yup. Why am I posting this? Cause its not 200lbs and I'm so excited. I also did measurements but I'm still in denial about those numbers. I apparently have lots of inflammation too and inflammation doesn't weigh as much as fat so I'm setting up for success in the event my scale shows otherwise. Ever loose a dress size but the scale only says you lost 2lbs? Well inflamation probably had something to do with it (if you weren't working out).
As with any diet program it always helps me to have a morning routine and have the day's menu planned. This may be fine tuned in the days to come but so far here's the morning ritual. I drink half a glass of lemon water followed by two tablespoons of Dr. Schulze's SuperFood Plus in water. This stuff taste like fresh dirt balanced with a hint of seaweed. While holding my breath to prevent smelling this concoction I gulp this stuff down, I then immediately chug the remaining water to removed any residual left lingering in my mouth of that horrid stuff. To share with you how awful this stuff taste (and how good it is for you) here are the ingredients: Spirulina Algae, Blue-Green Algae, Chlorella Broken-Cell Algae, Barley, Alfalfa & Wheat Grasses, Purple Dulse Seaweed, Beet Root, Spinach Leaf, Acerola Cherry, Rose Hips, Orange & Lemon Peels, Palm Fruit, in a base of Dr. Schulze's Proprietary Non-Fermentable Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Yeast. Anyone care to join me?
Next I would have coffee but it has been recommended that I would get better results if I eliminate coffee. I held out till about 2:30...but I only drank half.
My day's menu:
B: Veggie Omelet
S: raw nuts
L: Chicken, salad, almonds with olive oil and Braggs apple cider vinegar (ACV). (Need to find a better salad dressing)
S: coffee unsweetened almond milk, later put Stevia in it but still not happy.
D: Shrimp with sauteed rapini, onions, red peppers, and garlic.
S: Whey protein shake with Papaya seeds and unsweetened almond milk and coconut oil. (I'm typing this before consuming it. I'll update on taste tomorrow.)
The above is accompanied with lots of water. Good ole H2O. Any diet you follow will always recommend water....even the starvation diet. Over a year ago it would have been diet coke. Getting off that addiction should have been a blog in itself. My replacement of choice was a 50/50 blend of good ole Lipton and Green tea, but I was informed if I continue consuming Lipton at my current rate, I should have a kidney stone in no time. So now its watered down Iced Green Tea sweetened with Stevia and occasionally lemon. I actually enjoy it. It could be worse...it could be Dr. Schulze's Supergag Plus!

Why the world am I doing another diet?!
Oh yes, Celia's doing another diet. This will be my most strict and longest one yet. In my quest to find more energy I went to see a nutritionist/holistic healer. I will state now I think he is fabulous as he was able to detect things only I knew, but as the days pass and I am deprived of my favorite foods, my admiration for this man will quickly diminish! After spitting into a glass of water it was concluded that I have Candida and lots of it which has caused many of the symptoms I've been having the last few years. Thecandidadiet.com is a great website that show an overview of the diet, how to do the test yourself, what you are allowed to eat, and more importantly what's not allowed in the diet. My nutritionist went a step further and cut out even more foods from the list. In short its a no sugar, no grain, limited diary diet. My nutritionist found some other issues with my body and this diet will help improve them. I was shocked to see my health score was so low considering I exercise and eat largely organic, non processed foods minus the occasional binge at social events and vacations. Father's Day was a perfect example of me binging and a great farewell to start this diet *hic*. With all this necessity, I am making my journey of this diet public to document my diet, ups and downs, and well...keep me accountable. So your commentary is not only welcomed but requested. So I raise my lemon and green ice tea glass and toast to all our health...without it you have nothing.
