Morning Ritual
B: Egg, spinach, onion, garlic, butter omelet
L: Chicken Coconut Curry
D: Chicken Coconut Curry (so good I had it twice)
S: Almonds
S: 2 Tbs. Beet, lemon, and flax seed puree. Why this? My gallbladder was bothering me today so I did a little research and these three ingredients are supposedly good for the gallbladder.
S: Flax Seed tea. Taste better than it sounds.
Yes the last two dates are the same. I am little behind on the daily menus...but my house is clean!
